? What does the setup look like?

Pay using CCBill
? How do I pay using CCBill?

There are two different options: Credit Card and Bill My Bank Account

Anonymity
? What details are logged about me?

CCBill only collects the information required by you bank to be able to
go through with the purchase. This data is only handled by CCBill.
guapas is not taking part of any card or account details. The only thing saved
in order for us to give you support when needed is an e-mail address and purchase id.
? What will be shown on my bank statement?
!
Your purchase will appear on your bank statement under the name "CCBill".
General Questions
? I can’t download the product.
!
Sometimes the firewall and other similar products interfere with the download.
If you have this type of software installed on your computer try to change the settings
to allowing downloads or temporarily turn it off.
? The download process was interrupted; I wasn’t able to download
the complete product.
Do I have to pay for it once more?
!
The one-time password is valid until you have downloaded the product completely.
It is not until then the password expires. As long as you haven’t got the product
downloaded completely you can always type in the password again and make another try.
? Can I choose to download a different product than the one I purchased?
!
Your one-time password is only valid for the product you selected when
entering the purchase page.
Technical Questions
? Can I download your products using a modem or ISDN?
!
Yes you can, but it will take longer time to complete the download.
The size of the file can be found under the "Product information” on the
respective product page.
? How do I download the file to my computer?
!
Go to the desired product page and type in your password. Press the
"Download” button. Choose "Save as" in the dialog that follows and choose
where you want to save the product.
? What picture quality does the product have?
Can I watch them on TV?
!
All the products are of the highest quality and shown in the format 1024x720 pixels.
If you connect your computer with an HD ready or HD TV you can view the product there as well.
